My Experience at Bethel Dental Clinic left me smiling :). I was in Accra and needed dental work. I had trepidation arising from previous dental experiences. I found Bethel Dental Clinic on the internet, and I called and spoke with Lois. She professionally answered all my questions and gave me instructions to the office. When I entered the office, I was impressed with the pristine waiting room and a bonus: terrific periodicals. The dentist was Dr. Addo. He attended to my dental problem patiently and efficiently. He answered all my questions. It was apparent that he has vast knowledge of dentistry. He has the latest technology engulfed in a very serene environment. Barbara, a dental assistant, and Juanita, a dental assistant, were both professional and friendly which is important in an office that deals in pain. They made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Addo + his entire staff are stellar. I highly recommend his office.

I am an Australian currently working in Kenya and while on holidays in Ghana broke a tooth, which while travelling in an unfamiliar country, particularly in Africa could be a major problem. Fortunately, I was directed by my travel insurance agent to Bethel Clinic in Accra. Having worked in the dental industry for a number of years in Australia I was totally impressed with the level of service and professionalism of Bethel Clinic. They provided directions on how to get there, appointment on time, reception efficient, professional treatment and equipment first class, even followed up with post treatment call to check on status. The experience at Bethel has been a very wonderful one. The personnel are very friendly, patient, and understanding. The state-of-the-art technology is comforting and relaxing, eroding the typical fear of the dentist. I used to have bruises on my gum anytime I had a cleaning of my teeth, but this time you hardly realize that you have had gadgets go through your mouth. My first impression was “wow.” A whole new experience, I must say. Compared to most dental places I’ve been to, I won’t hesitate to rate this place a 5-Star. Technology is awesome. The environment is lovely and homely. Lois the dental assistant is a lovely, welcoming customer-oriented lady. She makes a first timer feel so welcome and comfortable already.
